End-User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE WWA ATRANET PLATFORM ("PLATFORM"). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST REFRAIN FROM USING THE PLATFORM.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1 Agreement: By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this EULA and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You acknowledge that this EULA is binding, and you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions herein.

1.2 Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update this EULA at any time. You will be notified of any material changes to the EULA, and such changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. LICENSE GRANT

2.1 Limited License: WWA ATRANET grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform in accordance with this EULA. This license is for personal, non-commercial use, and you may not transfer, sublicense, or distribute the Platform to third parties without express permission from WWA ATRANET.

2.2 Restrictions: You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Use the Platform for illegal purposes, including but not limited to distributing illegal content or violating the rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or protections on the Platform.
• Use the Platform to engage in spamming, scamming, or any form of fraudulent activity.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND AGE VERIFICATION

3.1 Account Creation: To use certain services or features on the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.2 Age Verification for Adult Content: WWA ATRANET is committed to creating a safe, secure, and responsible platform. Therefore, adult-only websites and content accessible through the Platform must implement proper age verification mechanisms. Adult websites and services must verify the age of their users through official identification (e.g., government-issued ID, passport, or driver’s license).

3.3 Minors Prohibited: If you are under the age of 18 or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you are prohibited from using the Platform or accessing adult content.

4. PIRACY AND CRACKED SOFTWARE

4.1 Piracy and Cracked Software Allowed: WWA ATRANET does not impose restrictions on the use or distribution of pirated or cracked software on its platform. Users are allowed to access, share, and distribute pirated or cracked software through the Platform. However, users must remain aware of the risks, including but not limited to legal consequences, malware, and potential violations of third-party rights.

4.2 Disclaimer: While piracy and cracked software are allowed, WWA ATRANET does not condone illegal activities or copyright infringement in any jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for their actions when accessing, sharing, or distributing such content.

5. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any laws, rules, or regulations.
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or invasive of others' privacy.
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software or code.
• Exploit or harm others in any way, including through fraudulent or misleading activities.
• Use the Platform to access or share adult content without following the proper age verification process.

6. TERMINATION

6.1 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if you violate this EULA, engage in illegal activities, or for any other reason deemed necessary for the safety and security of the platform.

6.2 Termination by You: You may terminate this agreement by ceasing to use the Platform and deleting your account. Upon termination, you must discontinue use of the Platform and all its services.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Platform and its features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall WWA ATRANET or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WWA ATRANET, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of this EULA, or violation of any rights of third parties.

9. GOVERNING LAW

9.1 Jurisdiction: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Choose a jurisdiction, e.g., Switzerland, the EU, or a region known for privacy protection and minimal censorship laws].

9.2 No Censorship Enforcement: This platform does not impose content censorship based on political, social, or moral judgments. However, legal requirements in the chosen jurisdiction may still apply in cases involving illegal activities or violations of the law.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

10.1 Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and WWA ATRANET concerning the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

10.2 Severability: If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under this agreement without restriction.
